DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Instant download available. Sent within 1 business day via email otherwise. FOR ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE, processing time will take up to FIVE business days from the date the order was placed.

USA Customers:

  • All orders within the United States will be shipped via first-class package.
  • Free shipping will be provided for orders over $100

International Customers:

  • All international customers are responsible for all shipping, import fees, and taxes associated with their orders

RETURNS

At IAMSHYFTER LLC, I take pride in creating almost every garment with meticulous care in my own home. Every piece is custom made to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. As a result, all sales are final. This includes ALL DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & MY "NEW MINDSET COACHING PROGRAM."

I understand that unfortunate circumstances can arise, and if your product arrives damaged, I am committed to resolving the issue. In the event of receiving a damaged item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will gladly exchange the damaged item for a new one, and I will cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is not available, I will work with you to find a suitable alternative. However, please be aware that refunds are not offered for any reason other than a damaged item upon arrival.
